An HDPE bottle line is configured around resin grade, bottle weight, neck, handle design, layer structure and chemical compatibility. Typical scope includes extrusion blow molding, material handling, leak testing, trimming, conveying, filling, capping, labeling and packing.
Utilities and downstream automation must be sized together with the blow molder to protect line efficiency.
