A useful bottle factory budget must go beyond the forming machine. Start with the bottle specification and annual saleable output. Then separate the investment into production equipment, utilities and auxiliaries, facility and installation, molds and start-up working capital.
The most common mistake is buying capacity before validating demand. Model realistic shifts, efficiency, product changes, scrap and maintenance. A well-utilized line normally creates a stronger return than an oversized line operating below its design point.
Before requesting a final quotation, define material, volume, bottle weight, neck finish, annual demand, operating schedule, country and whether filling and packaging are included.
